After receiving his license to practice law, Amir became an Associate Attorney at the prestigious firm, Zukerman, Daiker, & Lear, Co., LPA. Eventually, he decided to branch out and start his own law practice, where he has found much success.

Gholizadeh Law practices all over Ohio and is ready to fight for you to ensure your rights are fully protected.

“In my opinion, what separates me from many other attorneys is my patience and grit. I am always willing to hear the concerns of my clients, and I take my role as ‘counselor’ more to heart. I’m happy to talk to my clients about their options, discuss strategy with them, and address any concerns they may have. I also fight tooth and nail for every client that walks into my office.  I’ve always been a competitive person. But also, I simply care about my clients. They come to me for help, and I understand that.  I don’t take it for granted. So, I do everything I can to put them in the best position possible and make sure they’re satisfied with my legal representation. I will always have your back.”

Testimonials & Recent Success*:

August 8, 2018: Jamon Pruiett was shot in the back by Akron Police 6 times, to no fault of his own. In response, and without knowing who was shooting at him, Mr. Pruiett found a gun on the floor and shot once in the general direction the bullets were coming from. His one shot did not cause any damage to persons or property, and it was done only in an attempt to get the shooting to stop. Nonetheless, Mr. Pruiett was wrongfully charged with Felonious Assault of a Police Officer, potentially facing 10-18 years in prison. After about a week long jury trial, the jury in Summit County knew that Mr. Pruiett was not guilty of anything but trying to defend himself and his brother, and the jury returned a Not Guilty verdict. Congratulations Jamon!

This high-profile case received expansive coverage throughout the city of Akron due to the egregious conduct of the Akron Police Department. You can read more about this case HERE

October 29, 2018: Tremaine Varner was stabbed in the neck by his girlfriend 3 times and was subsequently hospitalized. In an attempt to avoid criminal prosecution, his girlfriend told the police that Mr. Varner attacked her first and that she was merely acting in self defense. Without any investigation into the matter, the Cleveland Police arrested Mr. Varner and he was wrongfully charged with Domestic Violence, Child Endangerment, and Unlawful Restraint. The jury clearly saw the issues with the police investigation and realized the atrocity that stemmed from this incident because they returned a Not Guilty verdict in only 15 minutes. Congratulations Tremaine!

December 6, 2018: On this day, Mr. G. faced trial for a certain crime, which he has requested remain private. The prosecutor presented his case before the Judge, using witness testimony. However, during the defense’s cross-examination of these witnesses, it was discovered that their stories didn’t add up.  After the prosecution rested its case, the defense addressed these issues with the Judge, who agreed and thereby acquitted Mr. G of the charge altogether. Congratulations Mr. G!  Good luck to you in all your future endeavors.
